• Core Service Operation: Providing precision lap timing, pit lane speed limits, and 4-wheel tire setup calculations.
• Data Isolation & Security: Ensuring that each driver's telemetry, setup data, and lap times remain isolated and accessible only by their authenticated account.
• Circuit Auto-Detection: Calculating proximity to 41 international circuits (e.g., Inje Speedium, Everland Speedway, Nürburgring, Suzuka, Spa-Francorchamps) to auto-select finish lines.
• Customer Support: Responding to driver inquiries, bug reports, and account management requests.

3. Google API Services & OAuth Compliance

MyLapLog uses Google Identity Services (GSI) to enable secure driver sign-in. In accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements:

• We only access basic profile information provided through Google OAuth (name, email address, and unique Google ID) with your explicit consent.
• Google user data is strictly utilized for user authentication and account creation within MyLapLog.
• We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties, advertising platforms, data brokers, or AI model training datasets.
• We do not use Google OAuth data for serving personalized advertising.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We strictly respect your privacy and never sell or rent your personal information. Data is only processed through necessary technical service providers:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS Lightsail) for secure database and API hosting in Seoul, South Korea.
• Authentication Providers: Google Identity Services and Kakao Open API solely for user-initiated social sign-in.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose information only if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.

5. Your Rights and Data Retention

You retain full control over your telemetry and account data:

• Access & Modification: You can review, edit, and update your sessions, tire pressures, and driver profile directly within the application.
• Data Retention: Telemetry data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all associated session logs, vehicle specs, and personal data are permanently purged.
• Guest Mode: You can use all core timing and setup features in Guest Mode without creating an account or providing any personal identifying information.

6. Account & Telemetry Data Deletion

In full accordance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy and GDPR Right to Erasure, drivers may delete their account and all associated telemetry records at any time:
